Blush Petals came on board as a retainer client during Q4 of 2021. This initially started with the management of their Instagram account which had been left unused for an extended period of time. We then also agreed to work on their LinkedIn account as of February 2022.
We decided to overhaul the aesthetic of the grid, introducing new graphic elements and incorporating more of the visual brand elements into stories and highlights for the account. We produced reels, static content and carousel posts, with content distributed across the account across 3 - 4 days per week. We were also responsible for a proactive engagement strategy for the account, connecting with localised, potential new clients.
As Blush Petals continued to expand its operation in Australia, we were right alongside them, supporting the team as the business and their online presence scaled.

RESULTS:
Turning the account around following its disused status hasn't been easy, but we more than doubled the following size since acquiring this client. Our Q1 marketing report also demonstrated some amazing results, including website clicks from the Instagram profile increasing by 261%. We also witnessed a major uplift in enquiries coming from the IG DMs and engagement increasing across the board.
