Harbour is an alcohol and substance recovery charity based in Plymouth and has been a client of ours since the start of 2023. Since working together, we have been able to launch and grow their social media presence, specifically on Instagram and Facebook, while assisting with many other marketing efforts including blog writing and a soon-to-launch email marketing strategy. 

Harbour has never had a dedicated marketing team in place and we are so grateful to work with such a passionate charity, that is having a huge and positive impact on the community. More recently, we have been working on updating their website to promote and support their services which they are constantly developing. This update plans to make the website easier to navigate while remaining to provide the useful information and resources that the community are seeking.

RESULTS:

Since launching, we have seen consistent growth in Harbour’s Instagram and Facebook account. Each week, reach, engagement and followers have all been increasing at a steady pace. We have found significant impact specifically with some styles of reels we have created, which we will continue to monitor and adapt over time. The community on this account is also extremely strong thanks to Harbour’s support and we have been undertaking regular research and focus groups, to make sure we are creating content which their audience will connect with.
