Finding your tribe, your people - it's a key part of pushing your business forward. I strongly believe that a huge reason my business is where it is today is due to the beautiful humans that I've surrounded myself with over the last three years.
And so, the idea for Immersion was born.

Here's a little taste of what you'll experience during the retreat across three days and two nights...
FRIDAY - RESET
2pm - A Warm Welcome - Arrival with beautiful sweet treats + organic refreshments to reset the senses, find your home for the weekend + meet your new retreat buddies
4pm - 7.30pm - Total Relaxation - Take a gentle snooze or enjoy the gardens, Japanese sauna or maybe a wild swim
7.30pm - Pizza Under The Stars - Join us at the al fresco kitchen with Djamila to make homemade sourdough pizzas with locally sourced toppings + salads + local juices + wine
Late Night Stargazing - Grab a blanket and a cup of something warm and wonderful to watch the starry skies
7.30am - Sunrise Yoga + Guided Meditation - Awaken your creativity for the day and soothe the soul with Julia during a 75-min class
9am - Nourishing Breakfast - Fuel yourself for the day with a sumptuous breakfast of chia seeds, berries and coconut yoghurt, pastries or buckwheat pancakes, sourdough bread + jam + teas + coffee
10.30am - 12.30pm - Guided Walk In The Woods - Come and explore the community woodland, paint an intention pebble, journal your thoughts and embrace the nature - this session will be run by Dani + Laura
12.30pm - Wholesome Lunch - Top up your tummy with an organic nourishing soup with greens and fresh veggies, fresh + grain salad + local juices
SUNDAY - REFLECTIONS
2.30pm - 4.30pm - Confidence + Creative Business Workshop - Dive headfirst into your business, guided by Laura + Vivien, in a tailored two hour workshop + vision casting session
4.30pm - 7.30pm - Total Relaxation - Kickback, relax and embrace your surroundings - are you brave enough to take a plunge in the natural pool after relaxing in the sauna?
7.30pm - Organic Dining Experience - Indulge in the ultimate feast - a delectable fish or vegan main course, with beautiful veggie side dishes and individual handmade puddings for each person + local juices + wine
Late Night Stargazing - Grab a blanket and a cup of something warm and wonderful to watch the starry skies
7.30am - A Snoozy Sunday - Embrace a slower start to your day with a sleepy morning and reflect on the breakthroughs you've experienced over the weekend - plus join Dani for a group EFT session before breakfast
9am - Nourishing Breakfast - Enjoy a selection of breakfast goodies, including eggs, cheeses, sourdough bread + jam + tea + coffee
10.30am - 12pm - Hive Mind Coaching Session - Join me for our last workshop of the weekend with a group coaching session as a collective hive mind
12pm - 2pm - Fond Farewells - A leisurely departure from the retreat experience as we return home

If you'd like to treat yourself to a room just for you, then we have three king size bedrooms in the main house that would be the perfect choice. Two have a private en-suite and the other benefits from a shared bathroom with another room on the same floor.

I'll share all of the address details with you at the point of enquiry and booking but Immersion is being held at the most beautiful hidden gem in the heart of Devon (UK). It's a beautiful, isolated location, nestled in the countryside between Ashburton and Newton Abbot.
In terms of getting there, you can drive straight to the venue (the lanes are narrow but with plenty of passing places) and there is free and ample parking available on-site. The venue will be exclusively ours for the entire weekend. Whilst you're welcome to pop out any time during the retreat, you shouldn't need to drive anywhere once you arrive as we'll be providing everything you'll need on-site.
The nearest train station is Newton Abbott and the venue is around 15-20 mins in a taxi from there. The nearest regional airport would be Exeter. If you are planning to arrive via public transport, please do let me know and I'll do my best to advise/support you. We may also be able to help with transfers from the airport/train station - just drop us a message to find out more.
We know it can be challenging to take time away from work/your business, to source childcare and coordinate travel.
So, if you're unable to come for the whole weekend, we've just released a limited number of tickets for the Saturday of Immersion.
Day ticket holders can arrive from 10am onwards on Saturday and tickets are priced at £225 per person.

Face-To-Face Coaching Session
The face-to-face coaching session includes an hour spent with Laura during the retreat to talk through anything in your business that you're struggling with. We'll grab a cuppa, find a comfy sofa - I'm here to help you refocus and strategise. We only have four slots available in total and they've been scheduled to ensure you don't miss out on any of the other core activities or workshops. The following times and days are available:

Mini Branding Shoot
Grace will be attending the retreat to take general promotional images for our next event and she's offering 20 minute mini shoots for your business. You'll receive 10 - 15 high res and fully edited images a few weeks after the retreat, delivered straight to your inbox. We'll ensure the shoots are scheduled at a time to suit you and timings will be confirmed closer to the event.

Any deposit or instalment payments made against your retreat space are non-refundable once paid, unless we have to cancel due to a COVID-related lockdown. If you contract COVID or are otherwise unwell and can no longer attend the event, we will only refund your space if we are able to resell your spot prior to the event taking place. Otherwise, your monies will be forfeit. Alternatively, you can transfer your deposit and instalments to a future retreat date.

Please don't worry! Our caterer, Djamila, is absolutely brilliant. So, if you're gluten or dairy-free, intolerant, allergic to anything, or vegan - then you'll be accommodated with no issues as long as we have plenty of notice. Let me know at the point of enquiry and/or booking. The majority of the food will be gluten-free by default, with a specific vegan main course served during the Saturday evening meal.
AMAZING! We are able to host international travellers for the retreat and would be so excited for you to join us. For an accurate price, just let me know your preferred currency in your enquiry and I'll confirm the cost for you. You'll just need to make sure you've got the correct VISA and any other travel documents required. If you need advice on flights, airports and getting to the venue once you're in the UK, please just drop me a line. I'll be happy to help you.
